Name:
Bryony Stewart-Seume

Age:
28. Give or take a year or two.

Location:
Mostly London, although occasionally Hyrule, or the expansive land of my dreams.

Bio:
I have no idea how I got into gaming, if I am honest. I do have fond memories of playing Head Over Heels with my brothers on our parent’s Amstrad CPC something-or-other in the late 80s. Between the three of us we weren’t able to ever complete it; the final crown forever alluded us (I am told that one brother has recently conquered it, however).

Anyway, it was not until living on my own in a rented room in Acton that I bought a cheap copy of Wizardry 8 (if you don’t know this game you really should look it up). I honestly don’t know how many hours I spent on this turn based RPG, but I would guess it was into the several thousands. Being as I was for a time, unemployed, I had the time but no money to go out and buy other stuff. So, gaming it was.

My life is not given to gaming, although I wouldn’t want to be without it. My other interests/hobbies include classics; Greek myths as depicted throughout history in art; and embroidery… I know, right? Rock ‘n’ roll. Music is the other thing that I can get worked up about and I will talk the hind legs off a donkey about it. I consider Morrissey to be nothing short of a demigod. I will also out myself here as being a country music fan. I’ll let you decide if you want to know me after that admission.

One final thing you may wish to know about me is that I have a huge and borderline unhealthy crush on Nathan Drake.

Favourite Genre:
I’d be hard pushed to say anything other than ‘RPG’ here. The more stats to increase, and the more infinitely customisable a character/party is, the happier I am. Currently I am waiting for a game that will match up to the awesomeness that was Wizardry 8. That is the level of freedom I want out of my gaming experience.

Gaming Style:
Harsh, but fair. If you wrong me, I won’t take it lying down, but that is also how I live my life.

Special Move:
Unexpected Morris Dancing. I will caper for ale.

Most Common Quote:
“I will finish that essay…”
