I’ve been gaming since I could hold a joystick/pad. My first console was the Atari 2600 (which, for you youngsters out there, was state of the art at the time) and had such gaming classics as Asteroids and Centipede on it. After first cutting my teeth on the Atari 2600, I went on to the Sinclair Spectrum 128k. Most people look back on this British made computer with nostalgia but to me it was the biggest pile of crap since… well, yesterday mornings Kebab came through. Then came the best decision of my life; I brought an Amiga A500, which was followed by the orgasmic Amiga A1200 with a 20mg hardrive. The machine that was truly ahead of its time and would bring us such classics over the years such as, Lemmings, Worms, Kick Off, Sensible Soccer, Megalomania, Cannon Fodder, the list goes on and on like a Duracell bunny.

I finally got back into console gaming after the death of the Amiga when I fell in love with the PS1 even though it looked like a toilet seat from above. It was, however, the PS2 that captured my imagination and opened my eyes to different game genres as previously I was only a sports or strategy game guy but all of a sudden I was playing FPS like Killzone and loving them. So that bring us up right to the present day were I got involved (some may say finally) in online gaming, where I became a member of www.proevonetwork.com which would later turn into www.completegamingnetwork.com and now in its present state of www.XBLN.net. Outside of gaming I’m now a family guy settled down with a kid and a wife to be (getting married in 2011). Who would have thought the whisky monster would tame with age and so easily?!
