With the recent news of stores to close i thought i would give my 2 cent and warn shoppers of GAME. When i bought my 360 bundle i got the bundle changed but after that at the till i was talked into getting their cover. 2 problems arose, firstly this whole covered against everything is complete bull, read the T&C's AND the SMALL PRINT, secondly when i decided to go with MS own cover which is way better, and i hate saying that, they said i had to return the bundle i got. Upon arguing in store with the manager - which i now hate all GAME store managers they refused to refund the cover as i wouldn't hand back the changed bundle. I told them legally they had to refund the cover without me returning the changed bundle deal but would not listen. So i call their customer service centre to be told i was in the right and they got it sorted out. They also said that GAME stores can not sell their accidental cover as part of a bundle as it breaks the FSA trade acts, but guess what they still do. SO people beware when buying items from game and their accidental cover. This has been a great read and i have ment to comment on it fr a while.
