Rugby World Cup

Postby Phil » Tue Oct 04, 2011 6:37 am

After the MIGHTY England knocked the PATHETIC jocks out we get to the nitty gritty of the tournament.
Wales v Ireland promises to be a very tense affair
New Zealand face Argentina minus the worlds best player
There is a massive tri nations head to head between the Aussies and the springboks and England take on France.

As always we are playing the worst, dullest most un-imaginitive rugby known to man but hey we're winning AND we knocked out the jocks. I'll take that :-)

I watched the game Saturday/Sunday was it? God was I fucking bored!!!

I have never liked rugby ever, yet I have tried at times to watch some of this world cup and see if I can find any morsel of entertainment or enjoyment from the game. But no, it's a utter crap game! Kick it up the field out of play, other team does the same, run into each other and have a big 16 man cuddle... Don't get it??
I'm Batman! Well okay maybe not, but I bloody deserve to be after collecting all those Riddler trophies in Arkham City!

Lots of questions to be answered this weekend in the upcoming games:-

1) Will Wales win a lineout?
2) Who will win the forwards battle between Wales and Ireland?
3) Which French team will turn up to play England?
4) If 'actual' France turn up and win, who'd come out on top in a Wales v France semi final?
5) Can the Aussies put together a win over the Boks?
6) How many points will the All Blacks put on poor Argentina?

I know one thing for sure - 6am starts on the weekend are gonna hit me hard come Monday morning ;-)

I really can't wait to see how this World Cup pans out. This weekend is definitely going to be interesting. So much at stake. Very nervous about the Ireland game.

I don't actually relish facing England in the Semis. I think France would be a better match for Wales, oddly...

IF France beat us that will mean they have used up their standard, 1 good performance per tournament so they'd be back to being shite for the Semi.
