This is quite funny. My knoweldge of stocks and shares is limited, but I think this means that despite owning a majority share in a merger involving the two biggest and richest publishers in the world Vivendi are having financial troubles! Activision have guaranteed annual billions from every CoD game, a massive profit considering the mere millions it costs to make the games. Add to that the equally guaranteed billions from overpriced DLC that costs even less to make and they've got a winning formula that has stood the test of time. Blizzard run the most popular MMO in the history of mankind and the best part is it's a continual, high-yield revenue stream.

Both these companies are heavily rich. And still they're largest shareholders are so poor they need to sell their shares for capital? Business baffles me.
