Re: Demo Impressions: Mass Effect 3 (Single-Player)
In regard to the graphics, it felt like a dumbing down to me. The demo is quite short but still manages to be 1.79GB, so I'm guessing that Bioware decided not to include the full HD textures to keep the size down. I mean I think it doesn't even look as good as ME2 did and I doubt Bioware would've dialled back the graphics like that for the full release.
Other than that I loved the demo and I'm looking forward to cracking on with the co-op when EA turn the servers on!

The demo on PC is around 2.4GB. The graphics seem a lot better than the 2nd game on pc. As you said they more than likely have toned down the graphics a bit.

I'm avoiding the demo so it doesn't spoil the full game for me. I'm really looking forward to 9th March if only because my entire squad survived in ME2. WOOOOOO
It's going to be legen... wait for it... dary!

I gotta say I do love the demo, agreed with the graphics too. I think the full release will be much better. No reason for it not to be. With its size still questionable for a demo, I believe they have held back some to make the anticipation that much more realistic
