I assume golden suit is when your cape/dress goes entirely gold? xD I got the trophy without it. I found loads of the little glyphs(?) in the area and made my scarf really long, then fixed all of the bridge apart from the first section, got some air by pressing circle on floating fabric bits then hovered above the long red fabric coming out of the ground by pressing x instead of circle, then i flew to the top of the bridge.
