One of my favourite shows, that and supernatural, family guy, american dad and south park - these are the only shows i will watch religously...
Fringe is very clever, set in 2 universes (which it cleverly differentiates in the intro sequence) and accross varying time frames in the characters story (again cleverly introduced in the intro credits) with some great characters and a great cast.
Fringe division is a branch of the government focusing on unusual events that stem from fringe science, the science that is verging on supernatural, such as telepathy, time travel, teleportation, other dimensions...
John noble, who plays the slightly crazy professor walter bishop is absolute genius!

Re: Fringe
I've never seen it but that description sounds like something I'd love watching. What series/episode is it at and when's it on?

Re: Fringe
Have to agree that this is one of the best shows on TV these days. It's a bit like X-files in a way, but as the series progresses, it gets more and more unique. Great show, and I agree that John Noble as Walter Bishop is completely brilliant.
I haven't watched the latest season, as my family likes to save up a couple and watch them together. We've all just been really busy as well... but I can't wait to get back into it.

Re: Fringe
This is my number one basic network ch show.
Originally just watched it for an extended movie trailer shown on a commercial btrack during the premiere. Been hooked ever since. One of the few show I have to watch live.
I love every character and the fact that they address all the mysteries even if its a few seasons back.
Got a chance to meet John Noble at comic con.

Re: Fringe
lucky! Only way to beat that would be to meet Anna Torv.
She, btw, is also amazing in the show. I hate to say it, but I think I like her better as Olivia with the American Accent, than as herself in interviews (she's Australian). Dunno why, but, I just love her character in the show... LOVE her character.
In some strange way, I feel like I actually know the characters on the show.. perhaps more than on any other show.

What's amazing to me is how she can play so many different Olivia's.
I understand what you mean, the characters are all very relatable.
Charlie is actually my favorite!
Lincoln is growing on me in the latest season and "Astro" is just so cute!
