Incredible, all round performance from the boy McIlroy. I have a feeling that may be the 1st of many major wins over the next 10 years and if EA need a new face for the PGA series to take over frim Tiger they need look no furter than this fella.

Donald looked pretty special yesterday at Castle Stuart, McDowell and Westwood both had a decent tournament too. I will be very surprised if we don't have a British Winner at the Open this week.

Shows what I know, none of Donald, Westwood and McDowell even made the cut! I don't think think there is a single person who wouldn't love to see Darren Clarke win the open tomorrow. I have a slight inkling for a charge from Mickleson and Fowler was amazing today in tough conditions

Yeah nice to see him win after all the bad personal times he's had of late. Thought Your name sake Mr Mickelson was going to give him a run for his money, but weren't to be.

yeah me too. taht missed put on 14 I think it was seemed to really break his momentum
