Play the Borderlands “demake” in your browser!

I know we’re probably a little late on reporting this, but sod it; this is too fun to not spread the word. Gearbox have beaten the hobbyists to the punch and produced a browser-based “demake” of Borderlands.

Played from a top-down view, you can pick one of the four characters from upcoming Borderlands 2 and try to survive as many waves of enemies as you can. All the familiar enemies are present, and some even drop weapon caches, providing a choice from two upgrades with varying stats and characteristics. Some may help, some may hinder.

I’m not going to waste any more words on this, just go play it; it’s well worth your time.

Borderlands 2 is due out on September 21st.
