CD Projekt Red have uploaded a five minute long gameplay trailer of the upcoming The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt, and it’s a doozy. A mixture of slow pans around beautiful fantasy landscapes, with combat, exploration and character interaction, there’s a lot to take in. One thing’s for sure though – this is something you should be keeping your eye on if you weren’t already.
Geralt is back, and he’s got yet another epic quest ahead of him. We learn from the trailer that he’s searching for an all-powerful Child of Prophecy, and along the way he’ll be slaying a myriad of tough beasts that are causing havoc across the lands. This time round, of course, these lands are purported to be an enormous open world that can be explored at will.
It looks visually incredible, and the trailer sprinkles in healthy doses of typical Witcher-style dirty humour and rumpy-pumpy. That’s enough from me, though, watch it yourself and let us know what you think!
