This Is My Joystick was an independent videogame website that ran from 2007 to 2016. The site allowed its writers to add more of a personal stamp on their work compared to similar sites at the time and offered readers a regular dose of quality, opinion-centred content.
Whether it was editorial, review, feature or news piece, not one person on our staff spoke on behalf of others or the site as a whole, and why the hell would they? Much like in any walk of life, opinions differed on all manner of subjects, everybody’s different, and we didn’t just welcome that; we embraced it.
