Competition: F1 Online Goodies!

December 4, 2012, Author: Neil Hughes, 3 Comments

F1 Online, the free-to-play browser-based racer and management sim from Codemasters, has just had a pretty big update applied. These changes have mostly come as a result of feedback from the gaming community but they have also added a few significant features, like the new Japan circuits that wind through city streets, over freeways and around an industrial area that is completely different to anything else in the game. Worth a look.

Make sure you don’t miss out on a bounty of goodies by getting the details below!

F1 Online now features the all-new, High-Performance A Class components, new team headquarters upgrades and a new friends system, which will enable players to invite friends to a race. A range of new Team Objectives extend the game further and players will now be able to sign-up and login to the game via Facebook.

The unity game engine delivers a great performance through a humble web browser making it easy to sneak in a cheeky dabble during your lunch hour. So if having the ability to create and grow your own racing team, customise and upgrade your very own racing car appeals to you t,hen this could be a game you want to check out sooner rather than later.

Want to win some F1 Swag?

Thanks to the nice people at Codemasters, we have a bunch of F1 goodies to give away in the form of cool shoulder bags, mouse mats, lanyards and t-shirts. All which would, no doubt, make a nice early Christmas present for a few race fans out there.

For your chance to win one of these awesome prizes, simply comment below or Tweet us to tell us what you love about the F1 series, or suggest things you would like to see added/improved in the future, so that we can feedback to the guys at Codemasters.

I'd forgotten all about this! I'd signed up ages and ages ago, while it was still a figment in some ones imagination and then didn't set up an account, how silly of me... right... that's me busy for this evening...

I love the codemasters F1 series - when the new series of F1 games for the Xbox was released I rushed out to get it, it had been such a long time since we had a realistic, and graphically stunning F1 game.

It's been really good, seeing how codemasters have been improving this, and an Online game sounds great, after coming close, but missing out by some margin on winning an F1 prediction comp this season.

    We have a winner :)

To compensate you for missing out on your F1 prediction comp, it only seems fair to reward you with some goodies from Codemasters to make your friends jealous.

I will contact you for your full address.
