GTA V Gameplay Trailer
July 9, 2013, Author: Matt Parker
Some news pieces write themselves. Well, that’s not really true. I am, after all, sat here typing this out. But they practically write themselves. They’re stories that don’t require much explanation or introduction. At most, all you need to do is provide a bit of filler to make it seem like you’re actually contributing something to the piece.
With that in mind, here’s the new gameplay trailer for GTAV. Need I say more?
So there you have it. I’m really interested in the way the switching between characters mechanic will work out. I always hate driving, so if I could switch out to the character in the helicopter or the guy in a shoot-out, that’d be sweet.
I do have a couple of questions though;
- What Satanic ritual was performed to get those graphics out of a PS3 or 360. I can’t believe that wasn’t ripped off of a ‘high-end PC’.
- What’s so special about GTA Online? One can assume it’s more than a simple multiplayer mode – but how much more? I must know now!
- Will the way you approach each heist actually change the story? GTAIV’s story doesn’t fill me with confidence of Rockstar’s ability to handle a narrative with a branching storyline.
Is everyone else excited? I know I am.
